Supporter Care Assistant Location: Newton St Loe Salary: £14,025 Pro-Rata Part-time role within the Supporter Care team (15 hours per week). The Supporter Care team is part of the Public Fundraising department at Send a Cow and plays a key role in securing public fundraising income: thanking and cultivating current and potential supporters in order to maximize the amount of money we raise from them and build ongoing support. Primary responsibilities include communicating with supporters and accurate entry of income and information on our fundraising database. The successful candidate will have a commitment to customer care, be able to build a rapport with supporters over the phone and have excellent written and IT skills. Key skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills Good level of computer literacy (Word and Excel) Experience of data entry and databases Ability to work quickly and accurately, paying attention to detail Customer care, handling complaints Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload Ability to capture information resulting from communications with supporters Closing date: 5pm on Wednesday 18 February.Interviews will be held on 25 and 26 February.
