This project will improve the nutrition and health of 73,729 vulnerable men, women and children in western Kenya. Farms will be transformed so families have sufficient, nutritious food to eat all year round. Families will learn how to stay healthy and have access to vital health services and safe water. 

Small businesses will be developed and savings an credit schemes established to ensure economic resilience. Women will be empowered to make decisions that will positively impact the well-being of their families
