Send a Cow is a growing and dynamic international development charity providing training, and ongoing support to smallholder farmers in Africa. We give poor families and communities the hope and the means to secure their own futures from the land, in line with our vision of a confident and thriving rural Africa.

We want to talk to more people who share our belief that poverty and inequality are not inevitable. We want to connect people to our projects in a vibrant and inspiring way. We will listen, learn and share with supporters how their kindness has made a difference and been part of transforming a community. The Supporter Care Team has a large role to play in this. The purpose of the Supporter Care Executive is to ensure all who come into contact with us are dealt with efficiently and in a personal way that increases their motivation to support Send a Cow. The role handles all daily communications with supporters, donation processing and administration, to ensure that we bank donations and handle supporter information accurately and efficiently.

In addition to being part of the Supporter Care team, the role will also provide additional support to the work of other teams, as workload allows. The postholder will need have a flexible attitude and be a team player. To apply for this position, you must have excellent administrative and communication skills, with a background in customer service and a good knowledge of a range of computer programmes.
