Help families to reap an abundant harvest every year

Get your church or school to support our Harvest appeal this year and you will help to change the lives of people like Mary and her daughter Florence. They would regularly go to bed feeling ravenously hungry until Send a Cow stepped in to help.

Find out about Mary and her daughter Florence  and how their harvest has changed their lives.

Every time I visit my garden, I cannot fail to harvest a basket of sweet potatoes… we have never been so happy.

Seeds, tools and training

This Harvest, we are asking your church or school to help us provide seeds, tools and training to some of Africa’s poorest families.

Every £210 raised will provide the basic essentials seven families need to start growing vegetables and crops. With training in natural farming techniques such as keyhole gardens, tools to prepare the ground and seeds to sow, UK Aid Match logofarmers will soon be reaping a bountiful harvest every year. To find out more watch our Harvest video.

We are delighted to share that the UK Government will match every pound of your Harvest fundraising during 1st October – 31st December for our Mother & Child appeal. Have your donation doubled through your Harvest collection and help mothers in the poorest parts of Africa feed their children and give them the best start in life.
